Larry has more than twenty five years of healthcare experience and has been involved with sourcing and closing more than $1 billion of mergers and acquisitions transactions in addition to extensive de-novo business development.
Larry is a healthcare services specialist with deep experience across podiatry, dentistry, dermatology, ambulatory surgery centers, nephrology, transitional care facilities and medspas.
Larry is the Principal and Founder of LCN Executive Healthcare Group, LLC. LCN focuses on partnerships with private equity firms and their healthcare portfolio companies. The firm is engaged with identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities together with fostering growth of existing healthcare investments in an outpatient setting.
Career highlights include Senior Vice-President of Business Development and founding member of Reliant Renal Care (a national network of dialysis centers) and Vice-President of Business Development for U.S. Renal Care, Inc. Larry was also a founding member and Vice-President of Business Development for National Surgery Care and Physicians Surgery Care.
Early in his career, Larry was a senior executive at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and he started his career at Procter and Gamble.
Larry is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Larry has been married to his wife for over 40 years and has two adult daughters and four grandchildren. Outside of his love of scuba diving and snow skiing, he has a children’s home in Uganda that has rescued 50 children. This is his real passion.
